The stay was pleasant, with breathtaking views of the ocean. However, the front desk service lacked consistency. while some staff were brilliant, not all matched that standard. The room was clean, but certain amenities felt outdated. Despite minor hiccups, the location and breakfast were highlights. A good visit, but improvements are necessary for a true five-star experience.

Our stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the breakfast buffet with delicious Korean and western dishes and relaxing by the heated pool. The ocean views were stunning, and while the Wi-Fi had a few hiccups, it didn’t take away from the amazing experience we had. Don’t miss the chance to lounge by the pool and savor the spectacular views! 🌊

You are greeted by a beautifully lit lobby with fine ocean views that set the mood for your stay. My room was impeccably clean, boasting a amazing park view. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, featuring a perfect fusion of Western and Korean dishes while overlooking the nice sea.

Had a memorable family stay with a nice view of Haeundae beach, and the indoor pool was perfect for our little one! The hotel staff were really attentive, making our stay comfortable.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

The location offers stunning beach views, right next to the promenade and nearby shops. The staff showed genuine kindness, even extending check-out times. However, the gym’s equipment felt outdated, and the swimming pool was too small and crowded, limiting sunbed availability. Additionally, some amenities in the room were lacking, like a non-functioning coffee machine and a less-than-clean carpet.

The view from my room was simply breathtaking! Waking up to the beach right outside was a dream come true 🌅. However, I did find the bathroom a bit cramped.

Really nice beach view from the room. Comfortable bed and great amenities like a minibar and flat-screen TV. The location is perfect, right on the beach with easy access to sunrise views during breakfast. The sauna and indoor pool are a delight. Breakfast has a wide selection, including freshly made dishes.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant lobby and well-maintained garden, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to Haeundae Beach made it easy for me to access the beautiful shoreline without too much walking.

Improve accessibility in the dining areas for seniors.

It was just a fitting option for a short-term stay in Busan with best value. I loved having breakfast while watching the sunrise over the beach. Make sure to explore the running route along the waterfront.
